“Upscale image” and “image enhancer” traffic is huge, and most tools upload to a GPU farm. IMG 4 FIX ships a truthful 2× enlarge first: useful for making a 600 px graphic fill a 1200 px slot, not for turning a thumbnail into a billboard.
